Description

Made with domestically produced Japanese wheat flour, this udon is smooth and chewy. The udon is cooked by a skilled chef and then immediately flash-frozen, so when you want to enjoy it, simply rinse it in boiling water for 60 seconds. Hot or cold udon, it's equally delicious. Each serving can be cut in half, allowing you to adjust the portion size to your liking.
