However, please get in touch with us immediately with photos or video clips within the * Complaint Filing Period if you find the received Good(s) in situations such as damaged or incomplete product packaging, missing items, wrong order or delivery of purchased items. We will get back to you within 2 - 3 business days.

Fresh Food ( 0°C - 4°C )             : within 1 day upon receipt
Frozen Food
 ( -18°C )                 : within 2 days upon receipt
Non-frozen Food or Other Items : within 7 days upon receipt

 

  • Upon receipt of your request for product return or exchange, we will make a determination, at our sole discretion, whether a product acclaimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally sold or delivered to you.  Request for Good(s) refund or exchange will be reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis.  We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any Good(s), or replace the reclaiming Good(s) in the form of credit payment.

 

  • All Good(s) must be returned intact as they were supplied, together with the original packing.  Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be presented to us.  Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the request for Good(s) refund or exchange.
