Preparation Guidelines

  • Thawing: Slowly defrost in refrigerator or cold water immersion. Avoid microwaving/hot water to prevent texture damage.

  • Cleaning: Rinse under running water, then blanch in boiling water for 1 second. Drain immediately (removes腥味 while preserving crispness).


Recommended Recipes

1. Garlic Stir-fry (Top Home-style Choice)
Steps:
a) Sauté minced garlic and ginger slices in sesame oil until fragrant.
b) Add Orchid Clams + 1 tbsp soy sauce/oyster sauce + ½ tbsp sugar + splash of rice wine.
