Description

The Conch Meat is frozen immediately after being caught from the sea to preserve its umami taste. Frozen Conch Meat are beige in color, sweet, fresh and tender in taste. The American Conch Meat has a strong taste and thick meat. It is mostly used in stews and stewed side dishes.
