Membership Renewal

Once you become our Green / Bronze Member, you can enjoy a lifetime membership and will be automatically renewed every year.  If you have been upgraded to a Silver / Gold Member, on the day of your membership expiration, if you have maintained a cumulative consumption of the designated amount in the past 12 month, your membership will be automatically extended.

2. CookCook Land will not be responsible for emails, SMS, WhatsApp, website notifications, etc. that fail to be delivered.
3. CookCook Land has the absolute discretion to refuse or revoke a membership application of any applicant for any reason, or to terminate or cancel a membership at any time.
4. If a membership is terminated by CookCook Land for any reason, all related birthday rewards, coupons, membership benefits, Points and Credits will also be canceled immediately.
5. All amounts are in Hong Kong dollars.
6. CookCook Land may update this post from time to time to revise any promotional content and those terms and conditions. The revised terms will be effective on the date of posting.
7. The effective date of this Membership Program is January 1, 2023, and the effective date will be until further notice.
8. Where these Terms & Conditions are available in Chinese, the Chinese version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
9. If any dispute arises, our determination shall be final.
