Australian Grain Fed Beef Tenderloin is guaranteed to have a rich marbled texture that will eat to perfection.

Trimmed into 1kg each piece, our Australian Grain Fed Beef Tenderloin is perfect for making Beef Wellington due to its succulence, tenderness and juiciness. This product is made by halving a whole beef tenderloin, hence, you might receive 2 different shapes of finished products : butt tenderloin & short tenderloin. Short tenderloin is thinner and shaped like a teardrop while the butt tenderloin is thicker and comes with a fillet chain. Despite the differences in appearance, their flavour & tenderness are more or less the same.
