About the Recipe :

Fish Soup with Tomato & Tofu provides high-quality protein, calcium, vitamins, and phosphorus. These nutrients are needed to help you build muscles and keep your bone strong. The vitamins can help promote healthy metabolism, fight inflammation, and boost your immune system. It is a nourishing soup for pregnant women which also promotes lactation for breastfeeding mothers.

Recipe Kit Includes :

- fishtail

- tomato

- tofu

- ginger slices

- scallion

- black pepper

- salt

Prepare on Your Own :

- oil ( 2 tsp )

- water ( 2L )

Instructions :

On medium-high heat, add 1 tsp oil and place the fish tail in a frying pan, sear both sides until the skin turns golden brown, then set aside for later
Cut the tofu into 4 pieces, add 1 tsp oil in the same pan, and sear the tofu until all sides turn golden yellow, then set aside for later
Boil 2L water in a soup pot, add the fishtail and ginger slices, then toss in the tomato, scallion, black pepper, and tofu. Let it boil for about 5 minutes
Turn to medium heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes until the soup turns milky. Add salt according to your taste to bring out the umami flavors. Enjoy your soup!
