Recipe Kit Includes :
- salmon steak 2 pcs
- lemon wedge
- black pepper
- garlic salt
- soy sauce
Prepare on Your Own :
- oil ( 5ml )
- water ( 100ml )
- On medium-high heat, add oil and salmon steak to a skillet, slightly pan-sear both sides
- Sprinkle the black pepper, garlic-salt and salt evenly on both sides of the salmon steak
- Add water and soy sauce, pan-sear both sides of the salmon steak until it is fully cooked then transfer it to a plate
- Squeeze some lemon juice over the the salmon steak before serving
