About the Recipe :

Prepare on Your Own :
- water ( 3L )

Instructions :
  1. Boil 1L of water on high heat, blanch the pork shank for 5 minutes then drain the meat and put it aside
  2. Boil 2L of water, add the pumpkin, chestnut, corn, apricot kernel, preserved date and also the pork shank and bring it to boil
  3. Turn to medium heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour and 15 minutes until the pumpkin melts and the soup turns golden yellow. Add salt according to your taste to bring out the flavors. Enjoy your soup!
