About the Recipe :
Our Spanish Iberico Pork Belly Slices are tender and juicy, fat but not greasy, the fat just melts in your mouth! Adding some colorful shredded bell pepper and cabbage does not just make the dish looks attractive but also tones down the greasiness of the belly slices, plus the recipe of our own sauce, this is simply delicious!
Recipe Kit Includes :
- Spanish Iberico Pork Belly Slices
- shredded bell pepper
- shredded cabbage
- homemade sauce
Prepare on Your Own :
- water ( 100ml )
- Add half the sauce to a frying pan over medium-high heat, toss in the pork belly slices and stir-fry until half cooked, transfer to a plate and set aside
- Add water to the frying pan, toss in shredded bell pepper and cabbage, stir-fry until the water is reduced by half
- Toss in the pork belly slices again and mix well, add the salt and sugar mixture, ketchup, and the rest of the homemade sauce and stir well, cover it up with a lid and cook on low for about 1 minute until the sauce thickens, then serve. Bon Appétit!
