CookCook Land's Taiwanese Scallion Egg Pancake made with carefully selected Sanshing scallion. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.

How to Prepare :
Add oil to a pan, and pan-sear for around 2 minutes or until the pancake turns golden brown, add in egg, ham, tuna or bacon, roll it up and serve.
