Description

Spare ribs are cut from the bottom of the rib cage ( breast bone ). The farther down the rib cage you go, the meatier the ribs become. It is easy to tell the spare ribs from the back ribs by looking at their shapes. Spare ribs are flat and rectangular, back ribs have a distinctive curved shape.
