Official Tasting Note :

Matured wild fruits, with essence of chocolate and coffee. Soft structure, with a balanced acidity which provides it with a long ending with wild fruit flavour.

Vinification :

Manual vinification, for 20kg wooden boxes, fermentation in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature for 1 month. 15 months in French New Oak Wood and stainless steel vats.
